We were impressed with this luxurious hotel, located right in the heart of the town. The central location made it convenient to explore the surrounding shops and commercial services. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that our needs were met. The indoor swimming pool and wellness centre were a highlight, allowing us to relax and rejuvenate after a long day of activities. The spa facilities, including the sauna and massage treatments, were top-notch and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Additionally, the beautifully designed sun terrace and garden area provided a tranquil space to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
We highly recommend this luxurious hotel to our family and friends.

Great breakfast spread and comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms. Conveniently located at the heart of the city and just a stone's throw away from key attractions. Good facility with sauna and pool for a relaxing time.
Staff had a lackluster approach with not much interest in assisting guests. Arrived just before the dinner cut off and was told the kitchen was closed, which was disappointing.

When staying in this central hotel, guests are in a prime location for exploring the town. the hotel is situated near shops, a church, and either a pay parking lot or the free parking spots. Rooms may have a view of an inner courtyard, but some guests have suggested that some rooms may benefit from modernization. the bathrooms are modern and comfortable. the breakfast buffet has a good variety and quality. the hotel facilities include a lovely swimming pool and sauna area, as well as a beer cellar and restaurant with friendly staff.
One negative aspect is the lack of translation and unfriendliness towards non-German guests by some staff members.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was also great. We were able to easily access the nearby railway station and other attractions. the hotel had a romantic atmosphere and was perfect for our getaway.
Although the hotel had some positive aspects, there were a few things we didn't enjoy. The cleanliness of the hotel room could have been improved, and some of the amenities were outdated.
